Indulge your senses in a one-off izakaya experience prepared by Chef Hiroki Odo, who has helmed Michelin-starred restaurants, at Odo Lounge in New York City's historic Flatiron District. You'll take your seat for five curated pairings of sake with a five-course tasting menu created by Chef Odo and his team —this month, featuring Daishichi Sake Brewery of Fukushima. Daishichi Sake Brewery has been operated by the Ohta family for ten generations and is widely recognized as one of Japan's leading specialists in the traditional kimoto brewing method.
