- The presale applies to performances in the 2026–2027 season
- Experience is for one person
- Price listed is for one experience/ticket
- Each cardholder may purchase up to six tickets
- Cardholders must provide a valid email address to receive a booking confirmation email and further experience details
- Limited quantities are available; experience is available on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out
- Mastercard is not responsible for costs associated with any cardholder's or cardholder guest's (if applicable) accommodations or transportation to or from the venue
- Cardholder will ensure any guest is bound and will abide by all terms and conditions and terms of use
- Cardholder must have a valid ticket or order confirmation to enter Carnegie Hall. Tickets are valid for the date and time specified on the ticket. If guests are late, admission is not guaranteed and is subject to availability
- Cardholder who purchases the experience agrees that if any of the tickets purchased apply to a child participant, the child will be accompanied by their parent / legal guardian to the venue, and the parent / legal guardian will be entirely responsible for ensuring the child abides by the terms of use, the terms and conditions of the experience, and any other requirements mandated by the venue
